Marvell Foods — a Boca Raton, Fla.-based woman-owned food trading, food sales and food brokerage company — said it launched Lovella Cuisine, a line of value-oriented frozen foods available for private labeling and for foodservice operations. The launch marks the company’s entry into the store brand market.

The three-product line includes a 7-ounce pack of chicken-and-beef meatballs (containing approximately 14 meatballs), a 7-ounce bag of cheese tortellini (containing approximately 45 pieces) and a 7-ounce bag of mini ravioli (containing approximately 23 pieces), Marvell said. The economically priced products are made with high-quality ingredients and contain no textured vegetable proteins or trans fats. The packaging boasts bilingual (English and Spanish) labeling.

“With an ever-increasing consumer base facing financial challenges and watching their budgets more closely than ever, these three products are a perfect fit to help families save money while providing a healthy, tasty, nutritious and filling meal,” said Valerie Lovell, partner with Marvell.
